It is cut in a short style with long, full sleeves that have a small shoulder puff and are pleated along the side. The sleeves have barrel cuffs, each with three silver toned decorative buttons. The jacket has shoulder pads, a decorative flower embroidered on either upper side of the chest and is meant to be worn open there are three silver toned decorative
