Rossignol Trapet, Gevrey Chambertin Etelois Vintage:2016 the Fèves is the classA slightly riper and more elegant nose presents notes of red currant, plum, violet and earth but less sauvage nuances. The sleek, round and nicely caressing medium weight flavors are not quite as dense, but they do possess a finer texture and a refreshing salinity on the sneaky long finale. Aux Etelois tends to drink well young and the 2019 version should be no exception if you dont wish to hold it to full maturity.
