Very elegant, tastes of fruit syrup, and balsamic from its aging on lees with licorice, and fennel remembrances, excellent acidity, soft, fresh, unctuous, and tasty. Aftertaste is long with a mineral touch and occasional excellent bitter undertones. Very greedy.
