Vintage Marcel Boucher Topaz Rhinestone Brooch & Earrings 9331E Demi Parure beaded I am including the 2This is a gorgeous demi parure, consisting of earrings and brooch, made by quality jeweler Marcel Boucher (1898 1964). Boucher had his early training at Cartier in Paris, and then in New York. He started his costume jewelry business in 1937. When Dior introduced his New Look fashion in 1947, Boucher began to design elegant parures to match the return to elegance during the late 40s and through to the 60s. This brooch is signed on the backside with
