Louis Boillot, Chambolle Musigny Vintage:2016 There is good richness yet(80% of the blend is from the villages portion of Beaux Bruns with the remainder from Derrire le Four). An elegant and airy mix features notes of red cherry, raspberry, pomegranate and spice. The sleek, intense and very well detailed, indeed the mouthfeel of the middle weight flavors is chiseled though the tannins shaping the short finish are grippy and serrated.
