The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Caldwell Vineyard spent 20 days on skins, a bit longer than usual, then went into Taransaud barrels for aging (40% new). Cool, restrained scents include hints of pencil shavings, violets, cassis, black cherries and blueberriesa superbly nuanced and complex nose. In the mouth, the wine is medium to full bodied and framed by
