The Blue Onion pattern, aka Zwiebelmuster pattern, was originated by the Royal Manufactory of Meissen but was copied by a number of companies. Im unsure as to who made this meat mallet, but I would think that it dates to the 1910s and possibly may have been made by the Teichert factory. I think that it is made of an
