Viñedos del Jorco 'Las Cabañuelas' Cebreros Garnacha 2021 LIGHTER REDS Robert WeilThe 2021 Las Cabauelas is a blend from different plots in the Jorco Valley, all between 40 and 60 years of age and at altitudes between 700 and 830 meters above sea level on granite soils. The destemmed grapes fermented in concrete with a 32 day maceration and matured for 14 months in a 10,000 liter oak vat they bought from Alin. It's primary, fruit driven and ripe, with freshness and balance, and it has 14% alcohol, good acidity, fine grained tannins
