The bowl of the spoon is gold washed and engraved with text that reads Belle Isle Detroit and with a depiction of the Belle Isle park. The handle has a raised image of a Indian Chiefs head. The back of the handle has the mark of the Alvin Corporation of Providence, RI and states Sterling. The spoon measures 5 3 4 in length and weighs 29 grams. The spoon is in very good condition
