The size label on the top was cut off

The shirt was never used - it was removed from its packaging

but it is possible that it is a silk velvet as Lillie Rubin offered excellent quality

Vintage 1940s Ladies Dressing Gown Floral Chintz Robe Size L 1950s art glass This is a wonderful 50sThis is a wonderful vintage 1940s ladies dressing gown made of rayon faille (fine grosgrain) fabric that is printed with a striking floral pattern The print is in colours of blue, green, red, pink and white against a black background. This vintage 1940s ladies dressing gown has shawl lapels and is cut with a full skirt. It has a matching sash belt that cinches the waist. The robe also is secured at the waist with a tie that affixes to a tie on the
