Description

nicer quality than normally seen

This is a 1950s or early 60s era fashion doll made by the Allied Grand Doll Manufacturing Company of Brooklyn

The piece is edged in a houndstooth type patterned fabric

They are in an interesting colour that appears more brown in indoor lighting and more grey in daylight - I’m calling them taupe

Hips:  Full - meant to hang loosely

Vintage 1950s Dish Towel Sexist Illustrations Joke Tea Towel 1940s quilt nicer quality than normally seenThis is a vintage 1950s era printed cotton linen dish towel or tea towel. This dish towel features a novelty print of various illustrations of a sexist nature, most focused on well built women in states of undress, in situations with a comical comment. It measures 16 3 4 by 29 and is in very clean condition with the exception of a small mark at the bottom and a bit of soiling at the top (see last close up photo) a spot cleaning will take care of this.
