Featuring a blend of 70% standard and 30% heavy char (level 4) barrels this release is full of complex flavors. Notes of dark fruit, caramel, cinnamon, and vanilla on the nose and palate with a long, dry, spice finish. The mashbill is 78% Corn, 10% Rye, 12% Malted Barley giving it a beautiful corn centric profile.
