The blouse has a lovely high neck with lace frill. The collar still has one of its original stays, the other stay is missing. It does up with 17 small mother of pearl buttons, there is one button missing at the very bottom at the waistline. It has pin tucks and is beautifully constructed with cut work and a filet lace.
