Sculptural Vase - Iga - Tall Oribe then finished in a metallic-greenTall, sculptural, wood fired vase from Iga, Japan. This magnificent work features a tall, rectangular base, indented on one side, and topped with a dramatic, asymmetric, rounded form cleft on one side and with an opening on the other. It's been finished in a rich, textured, wood fired glaze with washes of deep red, black and burnt orange.
