Discreet wood is present on the spicy and gamy aromas cut with plenty of earth and soft floral nuances

My observation is that this 2011 vintage feels more overtly ripe

and violet and mineral accents emerge as the wine stretches out

This too is lovely

this is a rich and intense but possibly even more pure

The light to medium bodied palate has a fresh, chalky frame and perfumed fruit character, finishing youthfully wound. This will need plenty more time in bottle to show its best.
