It is made of black felt with wonderful feather embellishment. Ive posed the feathers to the front, but you could probably wear them to the side. There is no label, but this was obviously made by a very good milliner. Its a little difficult to size, but I would say that it should fit a medium sized head. This hat is sure to be noticed fabulous!
