We use 4-way stretch PVC which is a slightly thinner and stretchier version of regular PVC

puffy mutton chop sleeves (with a little bit of crinoline sewn into the shoulders for volume) and white cuffs

You can wear this over any corset (ones with a slightly pointed front work best if you want to hide the front strap) to give it a victorian gothic touch
