Bagatelle was founded in 1967 and Margaret Godfrey was hired as the head designer for the company, located in Montreal. Godfrey was influenced by the fashion look of the London boutique Biba, and, although acting as the head designer, remained living in London. This dress is quite simple, made with pads in the shoulders, a mid thigh length and a
