Vintage 1940s Maroon Smoking Jacket Bonnington Short Lounging Robe Mens Size Large 44 1930s British tailoring Shoulders: 19” across shoulder seam-to-seamThis is a striking vintage smoking jacket with a woven abstract pattern in black and red against a maroon background. It has a matching shawl collar and has a jetted pocket at the left chest and at either side. The shoulders are padded in typical 40s fashion. It closes at the waist with two buttons covered in matching fabric. The jacket is fully lined in red satin fabric. Age: 1940s, maybe early 1950s Label: Bonnington Regd Tailored by H. V. Cowie Co
