Label:  Just the letter E on cotton that is sewn over the ILGWU (International Ladies Garments Workers Union) label

surface scratching to the lower left corner (3rd to last photo) and a bit to the upper right

The set is hand painted in the Severn Rose pattern and signed by the artist R Band. The sugar bowl measures 6 1 4" across its handles while the creamer measures 5 1 8" across from the tip of its spout to the back of its handle. I believe that this is an older set due to the absence of & Co. from the Hammersley name and the pink color of the
