The cabinet of serpentine shape including the glass panels, the top having a stepped crown with a single door below, the door with astragal molding shaped like the 'Brighton Pavilion' domes, which was created as a summer retreat for the Prince Regent, later to become King George IV. The door is inlaid with 'herringbone' inlay
