This is a wonderful mid century modern pottery pedestal bowl made in England by Rye Pottery

I noted that Stanley registered as an exporter in 1991

and stretches from 26” to 36” aroundWaist:  28” around

The glaze runs in tones of orange, yellow and bronze ( combination of dark green and brown). Im unsure of its exact age, but did find a similar glaze that was thrown by Edward Thomas Radford in 1930. The underside is stamped with the Pilkington rose mark (difficult to make out) but no discernible date code or other marking other
