It is provided as a dry powder and requires a premeasured amount of water to activate it. The grout expands as it cures to fill crevices in the asphalt. It cures to a hard resistant material that bonds the anchor to the asphalt. Once activated, the grout mixture will begin to dry after 15 minutes and cure within an hour.
