The heart and hand are made from aged, stained, watercolored paper. The background paper is also aged, watercolored paper. The antique gold pin is a lovely warm gold. I cant say if it is gold filled like some of the other pieces I have used in the past. It originally had an old portrait photograph in it. It is engraved Pat apld for on the back.
