Description

when biodynamie was very trendy

the most recent release of Ruinart’s NV Brut Rosé was disgorged in March 2024 with a dosage of eight grams per liter

but the balance isn’t nearly as well dialed in compared to the best of these grands crus

It was bottled with ten grams of unfermented sugar that is completely integrated and gives this beautiful balance

Spectacularly luscious and expansive on the palate

Gerard Raphet, Chambolle Musigny Vintage:2019 when biodynamie was very trendy(from Les Bussires; note that this wine in some markets is labeled as such). Ripe aromas combine moderately high toned notes of red currant, raspberry and even a wisp of cranberry with those of exotic tea, spice and a hint of violet. The rich, caressing and very round middle weight flavors conclude in a firm and lingering if mildly edgy finish. This is really quite pretty though the balance isnt completely dialed in.
