This beautifully balanced effort is really quite classy

We’ll see with time but despite the serious punch

it will age well for 15+ years

This is markedly reduced at present so I would strongly suggest decanting it if you are tempted to open a bottle young

freshly ground pepper and more earth influence

Domaine, Pavelot Vintage:2020 This beautifully balanced effort is(from Les Chaumes). Enough wood to merit pointing out is present on the vaguely exotic nose of apple compote, lychee, passion fruit and jasmine tea scents. There is both fine volume and power to the larger scaled flavors that coat the palate with dry extract on the sappy, moderately long and noticeably rustic finale. This delicious effort wont win any awards for refinement, but it should repay 5 to 8 years of keeping.
